Getting Started in Real Estate

Online Real Estate Licensing

To obtain your real estate license in California you must do two things;

1. Complete a course called California Real Estate Principles and;
2. Pass the state license test. We can help you do both.....

First, take our on-line principles course

Real Estate Principles Course:

Before you can take the real estate license exam in California, you must a complete a training course known as Real Estate Principles. We offer an online version of the Principles course that allows you to set your own pace for training and study from any location you choose.

Our online version of Real Estate Principles is a challenging course. It teaches you all of the fundamental concepts of real estate using animation, talking characters, photographs, and proven online learning methods.
